Eszter earned her reputation in indoor volleyball at a young age, initiating her professional playing career at the Hungarian National Championships. Simultaneously, she pursued her business management degree in England. She traveled extensively with volleyball, kickstarting her coaching career at the International American School London. Her first season proved highly successful, securing 3rd place in the National Finals of the Boys Varsity Team. Concurrently, she completed her Personal Trainer degree and launched her coaching and personal training business in London.
In 2021, she made the decision to relocate to Spain, aiming to expand her business on the beach and compete at the highest level in the Spanish Circuit for beach volleyball. Eszter also transitioned into a full-time beach volleyball coach, achieving her FIVB coaching Level 1. She established her own club with junior teams in three categories.
The vision of Bosma Academy revolves around creating a brighter future for young, talented players. The academy is committed to providing more than just training—focusing on developing skills, imparting knowledge, and preparing young talents to excel at a high level. The overarching goal is to foster connections, facilitate learning, deepen understanding of this amazing sport, and pave the way for a better future in beach volleyball.
