Monika is a diverse professional shaped by thriving in global settings, leading teams of nearly 40 people. She is the founder, owner, and director of BGC Hungary, an institution dedicated to offering language acquisition programs tailored for children within the public education system in Hungary.
Formerly a top-ranked (32) junior tennis player, who continued her sport career in the US, and accepted a full athletic scholarship from Pepperdine University. This allowed her to continue playing at a competitive level – NCAA division I. – while pursuing her degree in organizational communication. Upon returning to her native country, she continued her educational studies, ultimately achieving a degree as an English teacher.
With the establishment of the Bosma Academy, her passion for education and sports converged, driven by a deep dedication to create an institution that caters to the needs of young, talented players.
Besides her career, Monika cherishes her role as a mother to three children.
