Operations Director

Marina is the operational director of Bosma Beach Volleyball Academy. Originally, from Argentina, where she pursued her studies in law and political science before embarking on a life-changing journey. In 2004, she made the brave decision to chase her dreams and moved to the sunny Alicante, where she not only found her husband but also established a family.

For over a decade, Marina held the position of director in a real estate company, fostering invaluable connections while delving deeper into the realm of business management. However, her career path took a new turn when she crossed paths with Javier Bosma, leading her into the world of beach volleyball. Possessing a Level 1 beach volleyball coaching certification, Marina has dedicated herself to nurturing young talents. Over the past two years, her motivation has been to give her knowledge, love, and passion for the sport to young aspirants.
